Delete your TradeForge account

You can delete your TradeForge account and the data associated with it at any time. This applies whether you use TradeForge on the web or through the TradeForge mobile app.

How to request deletion

Email joec@tradeforgeui.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my TradeForge account."

We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials
Projects, drawings, takeoffs, and files you saved
Your subscription record (any active subscription is cancelled)

What may be retained

Data owned by your company's team (jobs, time entries) may be retained for the team if your teammates still use it — your personal account and login are still removed.
Payment records retained by our payment processor (Stripe) as required for tax and accounting law.

You can also delete individual saved projects any time inside the app, without deleting your account. Questions? See our privacy policy.
